bank insensitivity

I just spotted a middle-aged woman fall on her butt inside the local bank, in full view of customers and bank employees, alike. It was raining outside, so it's completely understandable that it could happen. Two or three strangers helped her to her feet, and offered assistance, but not a single bank employee moved a muscle. Maybe they'll care when a lawsuit arrives in the mail, next week.
